About this house rental
Escape to Cape Cod in this spacious private loft just steps from Cape Cod Bay beaches. Relax in a comfortable queen bed, stream your favorites on the 65” Smart TV, and enjoy coffee from the Keurig or Nespresso before exploring the Cape. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the Cape Cod Canal and 8 minutes from Scusset Beach, with pickleball, tennis courts, and a playground within walking distance. Perfect for couples, business travelers, or weekend getaways.
Clean, oversized loft above garage ready to be the center of your Cape vacation.
Guests may access through the front door into the breezeway and up the staircase to the loft.
I will be available to you throughout your stay for any questions you may have. Please note the only ‘shared space’ at my property is the hallway that leads from the kitchen to the garage. Both the kitchen and garage have doors that lock leaving the hallway private to you majority of your stay.
Family friendly neighborhood within walking distance to the beach.
Walk, bike or drive to anything that interests you during your stay. There will be one parking space available on the left side of the driveway for your car.
A queen air mattress is available upon request prior to arrival.
-No candles
-Take shoes off before going upstairs
-Rinse off with hose near entrance after beach
-Keep noise to a minimum
-Do not flush anything except toilet paper. No tampons, paper towels, etc.

Cape Cod Loft was extremely clean, very quiet, and comfortable beds. The furnishings are nicely done and the property and neighborhood are excellent. The “kitchenette” is very basic, it’s more like what a hotel provides than a kitchenette. The host provided an extra very nice air mattress for the night our granddaughters stayed with us. We were concerned about the traffic staying on the Sagamore side of the bridge but because it’s located very close to the bridge we had no trouble crossing over to the Cape, which we did numerous times during our 4 nights stay. Would definitely recommend!
