Pros: The large, well-tended roof garden is key to this property; it is not just pretty to look at, but also great for taking in the sun or relaxing in the shade. Indoors, the property is well-stocked with all kinds of appliances, and the hot water in the shower works well (can't be taken for granted in Fuerteventura). For me, the location is ideal: in an authentic, quiet neighborhood between the bus station and the ocean. Unlike most other places using self-checkin, there was an actual person on-site to check me in.
Cons: Nothing. I would have said the 100 euro deposit (the only place to ask for it out of 9 vacation rentals on this trip), but after some negotiations, it was waived for me.
