About this chalet rental
Beautiful carefully decorated open plan cottage located a few minutes from Mont-Blanc and 20 minutes from Mont Tremblant. Its breathtaking windows give you panoramic views over the mountains. With a majestic stone fireplace, a large kitchen, heated floors in all 4 bathrooms, 2 terraces and outdoor fireplace, a spa, a pool table and a babyfoot table, you`ll have plenty of opportunities to relax and have fun with family and friends.
New construction from December 2023, the sun-facing chalet is bright and sunny. You will find a large kitchen with lots of counters, a living room and a living room with a game room, 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with heated floors for your comfort. Everything is thought out so you have a pleasant stay with throws, cushions and bathrobes for the spa. With two outdoor terraces furnished in season, one covered and the other facing full sun, a BBQ, a fire pit with chairs, you can enjoy it both during the day and in the evening.
The living room with bar area, pool table, babyfoot table and large TV will allow pleasant gatherings between family and friends.
****For groups exceeding 14 guests, you can reserve a 2nd chalet Le Chic Shack located right next to this chalet. The chalet is as beautifully decorated.
The entire place is available for guests as well as a veranda with covered terrace and outdoor terrace. Outside, you will also have access to a `fire pit`.
I am availabe to answer your questions in a short delay. I live 35 minutes away so I can be there rapidly should an emergency occur.
The chalet is located in Mont-Blanc on the Royal Laurentien Golf Estate. You have free access to a beach, a heated-pool, a children`s pool, tennis and volleyball court, children`s playground , outdoor skating rink and snowshoeing trails in winter, and the `Petit Train du Nord` bike path in summer, and snowmobile trail in the winter. Kayaks, pedal boats, bikes and snowmobile rentals available directly on site. The chalet is also minutes from Mont-Blanc and 20 minutes from Mont-Tremblant for skiing and snowboarding. Close-by you can find many outdoor activities for the whole family such as Tyroparc, Sentier des Cîmes (observation tower) and casinos for adults.

Bedroom dresses and flip flops provided;
Firewood provided for the indoor fireplace and outdoor fireplace;
Electric car terminal is available without any additional charge.

The cottage has breathtaking views. There were ample washrooms, multiple laundry and comfortable beds. It has lots of natural lights and clean soothing decor. However, there were multiple things missing that would make your stay pleasant for actually calling it a luxury cottage. For instance, this was the first time I’ve booked a luxury cottage where no welcome basket awaited for us. It’s not that big deal, but was quite odd. Soon after I started noticing small things that kept me from enjoying my stay to the fullest. For instance, that there were no coffee in the panty, no extra paper towel (except the one roll in the kitchen), lack of garbage bags, no tissue in the washrooms etc. I couldn’t even use the K-cups I bought with me since there’s no Keurig. Also, if you are into morning smoothies, make sure to pack your blender since this cottage has none. So, it wasn’t fun to run off to the grocery story every time we needed these little things. But what put me really off was when we started to prep meals. There was this non-stick pan that was banged up and disgustingly flacking. The oven was left uncleaned after the ‘self cleaning’ was done last time. Which made it completely unusable without cleaning it out. And finally you have to take all your garbage bags for a long walk since there were no trash bins left outside like the other cottages on the same street. Overall a solid 3 star.
