Equipped with a nice kitchen area that has a full-size stove and fridge, plenty of cookware and dinnerware for those who prefer to cook. A new queen mattress and box spring for your sleeping comfort and a pull-out sofa bed for the kids or up to two more adults. Internet and 43" smart cable tv are included. Both the large swimming pool and baby wading pool are right in front of this condo, just a few feet from your door. The area behind the complex is a wonderful place to get competitive in a game of corn hole or let the kids "burn some energy."
Ready for a refreshing dip in the ocean? Want to let your creative side shine through building sandcastles? The private beach access is directly across the street and you can be there in 5 minutes! Later in the day you might decide to cook on one of the grills located on the sound side of the facility or relax in the gazebo or other seating area watching the boats go by. You will be located near several fantastic restaurants, beach shops and many area attractions such as walking trails, putt put golf, playgrounds, bumper boats and other fun family activities. The NC Aquarium and Fort Macon State Park are always crowd-pleasing places to visit. You might even consider booking a fishing trip on one of many fishing boats for hire or taking the family on a water taxi adventure! We had a wonderful time. The place was peaceful and quiet. Sound was right in the backyard and beautiful, and was just a short walk to the beach. The room was nice, but needed to be a little cleaner. We also could have used more towels. Otherwise it had everything you needed, and we enjoyed our stay.

Nicely stocked little room on a great property. We are there to fish and catch all my bait for the surf and pier in the sound behind the property at their boat dock. Stayed here a few times now and always satisfied

The location of the room was nearly perfect. Being right across the street from the beach public access was extremely convenient. The large pool was amazing. It was clean and even with several other families swimming at the same time there was plenty of room. It didn't feel crowded. There was also plenty of seating and lounge chairs for catching sunrays in the pool area also. The property itself had several areas to be able to sit and enjoy the weather outside. To swing on bench type swing. Or to dine at a picnic table. The people were friendly, the grounds were manicured, and it was close to the local restaurants, grocery, park, and tourist attractions. The room decor was as pictured. The cleanliness was a bit less than desirable. The shower head was brown with mold/hard water dirt. Something was splashed/spilled on the wall by the bed, paint peeling up behind the door, with rusted hinges, brown/dirt layered in spots in the bathroom around the sink, wall, shower, and toilet. I cleaned before we stayed in it. I removed their linens and used our own. The linens did look entirely clean. I just preferred to use mine. The closet did have random stuff in it. Like umbrella and chair. Looked pretty old, we didn't use it. The check-in process was easy. I don't know if I checked out correctly. They tell you what you should do to the unit before leaving upon check in, but there wasn't anything I received that said to mark check out like I did when I checked.
