Lighthouse 1812 has 2 bedrooms / 2 full baths plus a bunk room. This beautiful condo is direct gulf front with 3 large pools including one that is Zero entry which is great for the kids! One pool is also heated and indoors.
Penthouse views without the penthouse price from your private 18th floor balcony! The only noise you hear are the waves crashing while sitting on your balcony sipping a cool drink.
Both the living room and master bedroom feature floor to ceiling windows for amazing views of the gulf!
Why stop at a rental office to pick up keys that can be lost or hard to share with your family? Lighthouse 1812 is Keyless!!! Just show up at the condo with your secure code and start enjoying your vacation. Once in, you can set the code to any 3 or 4 digit code you want. It doesn't get any easier than that.
Enjoy your time while you’re in the condo by watching a streaming movie on the 55-inch smart TV. Also included is a sound bar to enhance your movie watching experience. The sound bar also allows you to listen to music from the playlist on your phone via Bluetooth.
Also included is free high speed wireless internet in every room and the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, including a crock pot, and blender. There is a standard coffee pot as well as a Keurig coffee maker, just bring your K cups. The breakfast bar has seating for four. The balcony also has seating for eight if you want to dine under the stars, listening to the sound of the ocean.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a pillow-top mattress and a flat screen TV, a large walk in closet, private large bath with his and hers sinks and a tub and separate large walk inshower. You also have private access to the balcony from your bedroom as well as great views from the floor to ceiling glass.
The second bedroom offers a King pillow-top mattress with flat screen TV. There is also a full bathroom attached.
The kids will love their separate bunk room that accommodates two twin size mattresses. We also have a pack and play on site for the little ones.
We also have an assortment of board games to play when you’re not out on the beach.
Lighthouse offers two beautiful outdoor pools (one with zero entry and water spouts), an indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, barbecue grills, fitness room, covered entrance/lobby, covered parking and much more!!!!
Up to 2 parking passes can be purchased on site for $50 each.

Amazing unit, can see sunset and sunrise perfectly every day. Eric, owner, was super responsive and helpful to the minor things that came up. Unit is well stocked with all essentials including beach chairs and umbrella. Wonderful stay! Highly Recommend.

Our host was terrific, the food no was beautiful and we had a wonderful time.This is the second time I've booked at the Lighthouse Condos and I love it. So close to the eateries.

The beach view and access were fantastic. We walked most everywhere because it was so convenient. The condo was exceptionally clean. The TV Dish network Wally in the living room didn’t work right—no sound. The master suite king fitted bed sheet was the wrong size and wouldn’t stay on the mattress.
