Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

Wonderful week in Maui at this location! Spotless grounds, well manicured, clean pool, spacious 2 bedroom condo , tidy and clean! We were pleasantly surprised to see the cleaning service during our stay as well. The perfect location to all of our sightseeing and family visit adventures. Extremely convenient to the airport, restaurants, coffee shops, beaches and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place! Had everything we needed and was on the perfect spot! The kids had a great time both in the ocean and the pool! Also played pickleball and shuffle board daily. The ocean in this area is pretty calm with smaller waves. It was perfect and we will probably book again the next time we are in Maui! The communication was on point with the management team for sure too! I highly recommend this place for your next vacay.
