Located on acreage just outside of downtown Whitefish and 1 mile from Under the Big Sky concert venue. This private property is surround by woods with vast open areas and manicured lawn space. Cabin satisfied our needs - kitchen was well stocked although the coffee pot is hilariously small - thankfully we brought our own. Kitchen knives are better than mine! Cabin is on ten quiet private acres which is super if you are hanging out there - we did not. The cabin is definitely older, decor is dated and haphazard (weird parrot picture in bedroom). Curtains didn’t cover the window. LR couch is so old we used pillows to sit on to fill in the sagging seats. Stairs to upper BR are steep and railing is decorative only - wobbly and useless in the event of a fall - a real safety hazard for kids and older adults. Fireplace is nice but in a strange place.
