Overall, as good as always, but the kitchen is very poorly stocked to the point that you can't cook and end up buying the things you need. The regular coffee pot is also broken and leaks water. Not everyone uses k cups .

House fit the bill. The electric outlets in the kitchen need attention. Toilet in jacuzzi tub room needs to be looked at. Should not clog during normal use.

The home is right on the beach so that was nice. The home needs a lot of tender loving care. Level one toilet rocks so bad needs to be replaced. All showers need new shower curtains they are mildly at the bottom. Third floor glass patio door you cannot barely open, and the screen will not stay on, we finally left it off. All baseboards are peeling throughout the house. Beach was wonderful but the home needs a lot of maintenance and repairs.
