Design studio in a quiet square on Lisbon’s Castle Hill. Complete renovation of the century-old building, completed in July 2021. Located in a picturesque square on Lisbon’s Castle Hill, in the heart of the historic district, with a stunning view of the Old Town, Baixa-Chiado, and the river.
Our fully equipped studio apartment for 2 is located on the 1st floor and has everything you need to relax and explore Lisbon, with the added convenience of being in the heart of the historic district. The studio includes a small kitchen and a bathroom. To ensure that all studios had their own kitchen and bathroom, they had to be kept small.
Just a stone’s throw from the most famous viewpoints and iconic landmarks like the Castle and the Cathedral—as well as supermarkets and the train to Sintra—you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more convenient location for exploring the city.
This elegant studio was carefully designed in July 2021 with beautiful furnishings and special touches.
It’s conveniently located near trendy bars and restaurants, as well as grocery stores. There’s a parking lot just a 5-minute walk away. It’s also within walking distance of Castelo de São Jorge. The apartment has been elegantly designed with high-quality furniture and accessories. It has a double bed and can accommodate up to 2 people. Other features include cable TV, Wi-Fi, an ironing board, and an iron. The small kitchen is fully equipped, from a Nespresso coffee maker to a dishwasher. The living room has a large table, chairs, and the Wi-Fi router, making it an ideal place to work.
Please note that Castelo is located on one of Lisbon’s highest hills, so you’ll need to climb several flights of stairs to reach the area. Also please note that car access is limited to authorities, residents, and some authorized taxis.
Full access to the private studio on the 1st floor of a renovated building. A table and chairs next to the router provide a comfortable workspace with easy access to the internet router and its Ethernet ports.

Our studios are located in the city’s oldest neighborhood: the famous Alfama! Specifically, on Largo da Achada, a tiny cobblestone square with a small drinking fountain on Castle Hill. The building housing the studio is one of the oldest houses in Lisbon, built in the 16th century!
In this picturesque neighborhood, made up of a labyrinth of narrow streets, winding alleys, and steep flights of stairs, you’ll find most of the fado houses, tiny squares, churches, and stunning viewpoints. The 11th-century Arab Castle and the Miradouro da Graça terrace are the highlights.

The studio is very central and conveniently located. It is on a steep hill just one block from the flat part of Lisbon “Chiado.” It has a fully functional kitchen but a very narrow bathroom. I wish there were a few hangers and a place to hang my clothing, but basically we lived out of our luggage. I recommend this apartment for short stays for a single person or a couple! I felt very safe in the neighborhood and I am glad I stayed here.

The place was in a quaint/ quiet location. Walkable to restaurants and about a 15-20 min walk to more populated areas. The check in was simple. The company was responsive. The place was clean. Tiny bathroom. Overall l, recommend!
