About this apartment rental
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are walking distance, go antiquing, stroll around the safe historic town, or hop in your car/ride share to reach numerous Hershey attractions. Hershey park, concerts, sporting events are within 3 miles. Multiple micro breweries are also within easy reach. Off street parking for one vehicle is provided, this is strictly enforced to ensure parking is available for guests. Parking is around the back of the building.
Other things to note:
Smoking and animals are prohibited on all parts of the premises. Exterior video surveillance is present. This is one of four units. The walls and floors are well insulated to isolate sound, however all renters are still encouraged to be aware and considerate of their noise level particularly between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am

The property was very nice! It’s clean and updated. Mike, the owner, was great at communicating everything from directions, parking and using the AC. I highly recommend this listing.

The property is fantastic! It's in a great location and the inside is clean and accommodating. During the evening, the area becomes quiet which is nice as I woke up well rested each morning I was there.

We came into town for a family wedding and also needed to work virtually for part of the time. There was plenty of space for 2 of us to work comfortably.
So clean! Little extras that surprised us like candies on the kitchen table and water and soda in the fridge. Nice sized living room, kitchen, and bedroom - even a small laundry room. Cute and clean little neighborhood convenient to everything. Of course being in the second floor, you need to be capable of walking up steps, but if you can, I highly recommend. Would return if we needed to come back.
