Quiet. Quick access to Sea Rim and Sabine Woods. Clean. Glad there is a gas station close by. Not too far from activities/restaurants/ full grocery stores in Nederland/Port Arthur/Orange

The property was just as listed however we weren’t aware of the immense mosquito population. The property did have fly swatters that came in handy but load up on bug spray before heading out this way. Also the white down comforter was stained which didn’t make for a comfortable sleeping experience, but the owners replied quickly when I reached out via the VRBO app.
