This ideal Flagstaff location is perfectly situated with convenient proximity to local restaurants, entertainment, stores, Northern Arizona University and downtown Flagstaff. It is a perfect base of operations for those interested in visits to Arizona Snowbowl, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Williams, Bearizona, Polar Express, Lowell Observatory, Lake Powell, Antelope Slot Canyon, Walnut Canyon, Flagstaff Snow Park, North Pole Experience, Fort Tuthill County Park, Flagstaff Extreme, Coconino National Forest, Northern Arizona University and much more!
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, body wash and hand soap.
Although often there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, spices, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Downstairs you will find the following bedrooms:

In the lower level family room, you will also find a king sized sleeper sofa. There are also 2 roll-a-way cots located in a closet in bedroom 4.

There are 3.5 bathrooms in the home with 2 full baths upstairs, full bath on lower level and powder room on the main level.
Dining & Entertainment:
• Televisions: There are large smart flat screen television in the main level and lower level family rooms. There are also Google Pixel tablets located in each of the bedrooms that can be used to stream your favorite video apps.
• Washing machine/ dryer with detergent provided
• Dining: Seating for 12+ across the dining tables, breakfast table and counter stools at the breakfast bar.
• Kitchen: the kitchen is well-equipped with service for 14 (including utensils, plates and glasses), a microwave oven, drip style coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, toaster, pots & pans, waffle maker, Instant Pot, rice maker and more!

The house was very clean and well stocked with blankets, pillows and towels. Very roomy. 3 floors, a balcony and patio. It was snowy so we couldn’t use them but would be great in the summer.

This home was super clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, and supplied with plenty of additional amenities. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. There was plenty of room for a large family of 12. Will definitely consider staying here again!
