10th floor 1 bedroom condo with bunk room and 2 baths. Just steps away from the gorgeous waters of Panama City Beach. This spacious condo is large enough to sleep 6 people.
The primary bedroom features a King bed with private bath, Bunk area for the the little ones and a sleeper sofa. Our kitchen has all the items you will need to cook a family meal. The large balcony has breathtaking views of the Emerald Green Gulf Waters.

The place was great but there were hidden fees that were not included or discussed before arrival. We enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable and the location was awesome!

This unit was very clean and cozy. The unit had roku Tvs that I could login into with my streaming apps which was very nice. It had lots of extra little things that made the trip easier such as extra beach toys, buggie boards, charcoal, a xbox, extra dish and hand soap, a rolling cooler, a beach umbrella and a few more helpful items.The Host of this unit was wonderful at communicating quickly and with the excat information I needed. I definitely want to stay with clearwater management again because I have stayed with other Host at Laketown Wharf and they were not as kind and responsive as Clearwater Management.
