About this house rental
We were formerly known as Casa del Sol.
We have recently updated to a brand new 2 level elevated home with the same amazing evening sunsets over the Gulf. Enjoy the wildlife on the dock, the diversity of birds is amazing! Kayak through the mangroves or head to the beach, so many ways to relax and enjoy your vacation!
House sleeps 8 with a first floor master with ensuite, a second floor master retreat, and two additional bedrooms. We offer a fully functional kitchen and outdoor gas grill. Four kayaks and two paddle boards available for complimentary use. The lanai offers lounge seating and a gym. Two amazing Gulf view decks offer plenty of photo opportunities.
For families with children, please be aware there is no fence between the home and the water. Quiet hours between 9pm and 6am. No pets allowed. Not available during scallop season.

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the decks and seeing all of the different birds in the mangroves. Nikki was extremely responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay again.

The house was nice and as pictured in the listing. The owner was very cooperative and responded immediately to my texts. There is a nice view of the gulf, but you have to drive every day to get to a beach. Due to my age and medical issues I found all the stairs to be quite challenging., but it is still a nice place to stay.

We booked this property for a family reunion, there were eight adults total. The whole house was perfect for our family and gave everyone the privacy they needed, but yet had wonderful gathering spaces to enjoy the beautiful views of the gulf. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the upper deck, and had dinners on the living room deck, enjoying the sunsets over the canal. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great addition as we enjoyed the water and the wildlife. Nikki was a great host and very communicative. She responded quickly and the check in process went smoothly. I highly recommend this property as it was very clean and nicely updated.
So many amenities including a nice washer and dryer to wash up after a day at the beach. The master suite was my favorite with its private deck, views, and coffee bar and mini fridge.
Overall, a great place to stay!
