About this house rental

Here's the version with emojis added tastefully:

🏡 The Grove is a historic retreat in the heart of Virginia's wine country, offering 3,000+ sq ft of beautifully designed space to relax, gather, and stay awhile. A private trail leads directly to Blue Valley Winery 🍷, with easy access to vineyards, horse farms, historic sites, scenic hiking, and incredible local cycling routes 🚴. Middleburg (13 mi) and Marshall (4 mi) are just a short drive away. Cook and dine in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, unwind in the private sauna 🧖, or enjoy the versatile game room.
The Grove is located in Delaplane, just next door to Oak Hill Mansion — childhood home of John Marshall, the former U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice. In fact, The Grove was built by John Marshall himself for his sister. The nearby town of Marshall, just five minutes away, is named in his honor. Historic and popular towns like Middleburg, Warrenton, Paris, and Upperville are all an easy 15–20 minute drive.
Fauquier County is known as some of the finest horse country in Virginia 🐎, and many of the area's most beautiful farms are right nearby. The Orange County Hunt sometimes passes through town while hunting foxes, and it's not unusual to see horse trailers parked along Main Street in Marshall — hounds and horses are simply part of life here. At the same time, this peaceful area has long attracted writers, actors, politicians, and other notable figures looking to live quietly and anonymously, which has helped support a growing number of restaurants, butchers, bakers, and local markets to enjoy year-round.
The home itself sits on 10 private acres 🌳, complete with a hiking and running trail around the perimeter. The Grove is also located in one of the most picturesque and popular cycling regions in Northern Virginia, with the county hosting numerous cycling events from spring through fall. These scenic rides wind past grand estates and orchards throughout Virginia's Hunt Country, tracing the spine of the "mysterious" Mount Weather and along the base of the Appalachian Trail ridgeline. Positioned just off Route 55 — right along several of the area's most popular cycling routes — guests can skip the drive entirely and hop straight on their bike. For hikers, nearby Sky Meadows State Park offers beautiful scenic trails ⛰️ that connect directly to the Appalachian Trail.

We enjoyed our stay in Delaplane. The house was huge with lots of areas for gathering around and hanging out. We especially enjoyed the downstairs game room, sauna, and ping pong table. The location was nice and convenient next to multiple wineries. Looking forward to our next visit!

The house was large and well kept. Communication was great and check-in was easy. The house is well stocked with a great guest experience in mind. We were in the area for work and were able to come back and relax in the evenings to a spacious and enjoyable atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

We came to stay close to Shenandoah University for our daughter's graduation. We had ten guests (had thought up to 16 and we had plenty of room)! We had a blast! The home allowed for plenty of sleeping space, room for us all to eat together, hang out, and sit by the firepit. We were close to many vineyards. The whole weekend was a dream! Thanks, Anna!
