Holiday home near Martos, province of Jaen, Andalucia.
This precious Andalusian farmhouse has been completely refurbished to welcome up to 15 guests. The full equipment makes it ideal for enjoying a pleasant stay, surrounded by olive yards and smooth hills.
The two-storey house is located in a fully fenced plot, and it features six bedrooms and five bedrooms with a shower.
On the first floor, you will have five of the six bedrooms at your disposal. One is equipped with one double bed, and another features one double bed and an en-suite. The third bedroom is furnished with one double bed and one single bed, just like the fourth bedroom, which also includes an en-suite. In the fifth bedroom, you will have one double bed and two twin beds at your disposal, as well as a private bathroom. Another bathroom with a shower is located on this floor, to be shared among the guests that would sleep here.
On the ground floor, there is the villa's sixth bedroom, equipped with one double bed, and one bathroom with shower. The house also welcomes a cosy living room with a fireplace. The latter provides access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped and ensures the equipment that you could need during your stay.
The first-floor bedrooms are provided with air-con, whereas central heating is provided in the whole house.
The outdoor space is incredibly spacious, and it welcomes several spots where you can rejoice in the company of your beloved ones. There is a fabulous wooden pergola for dining "al fresco", accompanied by the views of the surrounding hills. From the porch, you can access to the well-maintained garden, which also features a BBQ area and another outdoor dining table. The private pool, together with sun loungers and parasols, is fully fenced, thus guaranteeing a safe stay for the whole family. The outdoor space is also characterised by a children playground area, sheltered by trees.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana varios matrimonios de amigos con sus respectivos hijos,y la opinion de todos ha sido excelente.
Lo primero la limpieza de la casa el buen gusto en la decoración,no le falta ni un detalle ( bueno si,una cuna de viaje pero José María no tardará en ponerla) las habitaciones muy amplias y casi todas con baño y ducha en la misma habitación y un salón muy grande con varios ambientes para desconectar eso si en invierno porque ahora siempre apetece estar fuera.La piscina esta bien cuidada con buen cesped y tumbonas y sombrillas.un porche enorme junto a una barra que es un puntazo,y al lado de esto otra terraza-mirador con unas vistas impresionantes,tiene otro porche pegado a las casa junto a una pedazo de plancha alucinante en el que el sol nunca da siempre estas con sombrita,tiene un parque para niños y un aparcamineto grandísimo. Lo dicho una pasada de casa y gracias por el trato José María. 100% recomendable. Volveremos.

Superbe maison tranquille et très bien équipée. La piscine et bien et il y a pleins de coins ou se poser à l'ombre. Même avec les grosses chaleurs de l'Andalousie on trouve toujours un coin au frais. La vue est superbe. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Pour se reposer en famille c'est super. Les chambres sont belles et la clim marche nickel. Je garderai un bon souvenir de cette maison

Sin duda, la mejor casa en la que hemos estado, no falta el mínimo detalle tanto en decoración como en equipamiento, el horno de leña es una pasada, muy limpia y completa con multitud de baños, que siempre se agradecen al ir varias parejas, los exteriores con su pérgola y plancha, paellera, barbacoa, etc. la hacen ideal para juntarse con familia y amigos, el trato del dueño inmejorable, hemos estado en muchísimas casas rurales por España y esta se lleva la palma.
