The 100 sqm penthouse apartment has an open living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Pros: The view and easy parking
Cons: 1. Needs more glasses
2. Needs large glasses.
3. Air conditioning not fit for purpose.
4. More thought put into the needs of the holiday maker. Simple things, such as ice tray( shouldn’t have to ask for one.
Microwave ?
Maintenance issues looming.
Fixings just about hanging on the wall or put on all squiffy. It’s not a luxury Penthouse. It is a top floor apartment.
