Located at 45 bis rue Pancheminerie, in a pleasant and central neighbourhood, this 50 m² apartment, nestled on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, combines modern comfort and authentic charm for a successful stay as a couple, with friends or as a family.
Capacity: up to 4 people.

• A functional entrance vestibule, allowing you to leave your belongings with complete peace of mind.
• Bright living area: with a lounge-bedroom with double sofa bed, WI-FI and open-plan kitchen.
• Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, and everything you need to cook as if at home.
• Bathroom: spacious shower and sink, separate WC.
• Cosy bedroom, equipped with a double bed (2 beds), ideal for resting after a day of discoveries.
