At first glance, it's a nice unit. However, after our first day, we found a number of maintenance and repair issues that should have been fixed before the unit was rented. The unit was nicely decorated. Unfortunately, more than half of the furnishings are cheap furniture - including a dresser in the front bedroom that had two drawers that needed to be fixed. After alerting the office via text, they sent a maintenance man to come out and fix everything he could. The only thing he couldn't do was touch up the paint (scuffs and cracks) because it wasn't off season yet. Aside from that the mattress we slept on was VERY firm, and I'm not a fan of extra firm mattresses.Before we got into the unit, we were told that there would be parking passes for our vehicles. We didn't see any once we got into our unit. Thankfully, neither of us were towed nor was there anything said to us about not having passed.Ordinarily, I would have given two or three stars. But we've stayed in some really bad places by comparison which is why I gave a four star rating.
