Welcome To Part Time By KEES Vacations!
Part Time is a semi oceanfront home located just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. This single story beach cottage offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Step inside to an open concept living area, kitchen, and dining space, all featuring beautiful ocean views. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, while the dining table offers seating for the whole family. After a day exploring the Outer Banks, unwind on the sofa with your favorite movie or TV show as you take in the ocean views.
Down the hall, you will find three comfortable bedrooms. The Queen En Suite provides a private and relaxing retreat. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, while the third offers two Twin beds, each with plenty of space to settle in for the week. A full hall bathroom is conveniently located for shared use.
The outdoor space is just as inviting as the interior. Start your morning on the front deck with a cup of coffee and a glimpse of the sunrise over the ocean. In the evening, head to the back deck to enjoy sunset views over the sound. The backyard includes string lighting and a fire pit, perfect for cooler nights. Relax in the private hot tub or gather under the home at the tiki bar, complete with a full size refrigerator and a high capacity ice maker, making beach days even easier. Additional features include an outdoor shower, a flat screen TV, both charcoal and gas grills, a picnic table, and an outdoor ping pong table for added fun.
Ready for the beach? Public beach access is just a short walk away, approximately 600 feet from the home. For fishing enthusiasts, Jennette’s Pier is about half a mile down the road, easily reached by foot, bike, or car. Shopping is also nearby, with the Outlets Nags Head visible from the back porch. Looking for adventure? Kitty Hawk Kites is just a short drive away, offering activities like surfing, hang gliding, and access to the famous dunes. Prefer dining out? You are conveniently located near a variety of local favorite restaurants.

**Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
**For your safety and security, the exterior of this home is monitored by cameras and sensors. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the devices in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.**
Check-in begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

The house was so clean and inviting when we walked in. The pictures were accurate, but there are so many little things that made our stay so much better. The owners thought of everything to make it feel like home. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teen girls. We loved everything. The girls liked playing ping pong and the hot tub and walking to the outlets. I loved eating dinner on the deck, watching sunsets from the back deck and walking to the beach. The beach parking is just a few steps across the street! We wished our stay was longer. There is so much to do in the area, even on rainy days. This is definitely our top place to stay when visiting OBX!

This was the perfect house for our little family! We spent more time under the house than anywhere else. The location was awesome too, we walked to get ice cream alomost every night. We had the best time!!
