While I am always available, my five-star superhost & co-host Lelia will be assisting you 24/7 and making sure you have the most memorable trip!
THINGS TO NOTE:
This property is a duplex consisting of two separate units with separate entrances and separate ACs. This unit faces the street and north side of the duplex. The only area shared with the other unit is the laundry room which is a separate, stand alone room located at the carport containing a state-of-the-art washer & dryer. The patio is not fenced to the street, nor divided between the two units, but each unit has its own separate and private outdoor seating and grilling area. Each seating/grilling area is not visible from each other.
Security Deposit: A $350 refundable security deposit is required. After booking, the host will send instructions for providing a valid credit card. The deposit will be placed as an authorization hold, may be periodically reauthorized during the reservation, and will be released five days after checkout, provided no charges apply. Failure to provide this will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund.
No boat and trailer parking on driveway.
Maximum parking for 2 cars (1 in driveway and 1 in street)
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.
Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings allowed.
Only the registered guests allowed overnight. A max of 8 guests allowed at ANY other time.
Signing our Rental agreement and Grill Waiver is required within 48hs of booking for all stays. Failure to provide this will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund. To see a copy of these agreements please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide them prior booking.

This is our second time staying at this property so you know we loved it enough to return. It's the perfect size for my husband and me and another couple could join us as well. The amenities and the location are perfect for our needs when we are in Florida. The home is clean and well-appointed; we are very comfortable here. We recommend.

I spent the winter of 2026 here at Costal Harbor and had the most amazing experience. From the booking, the arrival, and throughout my two month stay, everything was stellar and it completely exceeded my expectations. The pictures are 100% accurate - the place is beautifully appointed, clean as a whistle, and incredibly comfortable, conveniently located and a fully-funtional home away from home. Cecelia the host was gracious, responsive, warm and welcoming. The neighborhood was safe and had a real, old-school Florida charm. I loved how close it was to downtown Lake Worth and to Bryant Park, which runs right next to the intercoastal (all an easy walk away). The beds were new and very comfortable, the linens new and clean, and the rainhead shower was a joy. The outdoor lounge area was private and comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities for the beach, the golf course and for entertaining oneself inside (multiple wall-mounted tvs with every channel/app imaginable, plus all kinds of games and a decent guitar to strum on). The AC was more than ample and the fully stocked kitchen was a cook's dream. Plus there was ample closet space and convenient, perfectly functioning washer/dryer. I can't recommend this oasis more highly. Totally worth the booking fee. It felt like staying in a luxury hotel suite. Five plus stars!
