Rodolfo was very helpful and responsive. The only issues were a power outage （not his fault） and he helped me with the lights. We have a issue getting the washer/dryer to dry, but that is due to us never having used one before. The kitchen cookware is excellent as we have used it many times in our stay. The rooftop deck is wonderful. We haven't used the pool much do to lack of sunshine and strong winds. Would definitely stay here again!!
