About this apartment rental
This beautiful apartments for up to 4 people is located in the heart of Gandia beach, 80 meters from the beachfront, in the Club Nautico area. An area in continuous growth and life throughout the year and services of everything.
These apartments are as it´s name says, unique apartments, with a fresh style and Mediterranean decoration, modern and at the same time very cozy thanks to the wicker, bamboo and wood we have used in the decoration.
It is an apartment that will make your holiday an unforgettable memory.
The Accommodation, Distribution and Equipment
The apartment in Playa de Gandía has 2 bedrooms.
55 m² accommodation tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with sea views from the terrace and the pool.
They are completely renovated apartments continuing with our goal, all new from top to bottom to make the stay perfect.
When we open the door of the apartment we find the living room, an open and spacious area where you will be very comfortable. It´s got a sofa of 2.80m large and with of 110cm where a child could sleep (it is not a sofa bed). In front of the sofa, a 49 "television with international satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Russian).
It has got free wifi and air conditioning with heating throughout the apartment.
You will find an confortable round table to eat the 4 with different chairs with wicker / bamboo lamps to give this Mediterranean style.
The kitchen follows the minimalist line, doors without handles and integrated appliances that make it so elegant. White tones and noble woods. It has a toaster, electric juicer, Italian and American coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, wine glasses, kettle ... everything you could need.
We found the 2 rooms separated by the bathroom, a beautiful bathroom with shower at ground level, with shower head with rain. It has a hair dryer. All the elements have been taken care of and we have played a lot with the black color that this elegance has given.
The double room has a 150x190 bed and TV. The second room are 190x90 beds
The terrace, next to the living room, is a very important space and we have furnished it with some relax chairs because that is what we came for, to relax in our vacations in Gandia. We also have awnings on the terrace.
Leaving the apartment you will reach the beach in few metres on the left side, as if you are walking towards the port which is 350 meters away.
There is also a Carrefour Express in the area and also a Mercadona, although for fresh fish we will recommend you where to buy it.

El apartamento está genial, muy nuevo y limpio.
El trato del personal es excelente, desde Susana a Sonia que siempre a estado pendiente de nuestras necesidades..
Agradecer a todo el equipo el buen trabajo que realizan... seguro que volveremos pronto.
Por decir algo... la piscina es un poco pequeña aunque tampoco tiene muchas opciones.
No cobrar por las mascotas.

Apartamentos reformados e impecables. Todo el mobiliario estaba prácticamente nuevo y era bastante moderno. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones!! Totalmente equipado, camas, toallas, cocina, menaje completo (sartenes, cazuelas, cafetera eléctrica e italiana...) Tiene vitrocerámica, lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico grande, campana estractora, tendedero plegable, no echamos nada en falta. La ubicación era excelente, a 20 metros de la playa y las vistas muy buenas, se veía todo el puerto y la playa desde las habitaciones (estábamos en un octavo). Como anécdota diré que el inquilino de en frente se fue unos días antes que nosotros y pudimos ver como se hace la limpieza del apartamento. Dedican bastantes horas, varias personas y mucho material de limpieza. Ese es otro de los puntos fuertes, estaban muy muy limpios. Volveré a repetir si tengo ocasión y volvemos a Gandía algún año.
Por poner alguna pega, la terraza es algo pequeña y con el tendedero desplegado queda poco espacio para disfrutarla.

Todo ha estado fenomenal. Apartamento a estrenar, magnífica situación, todo muy limpio, atención súper correcta, preciosas vistas al mar. Lo recomiendo 100%.
Quizás pequeños detalles como algún toallero cerca del lavabo, algún mantel para la mesa de comer, salvamanteles muy bonitos pero poco prácticos por los agujeros del mimbre, . Pero vamos cosas sin importancia.
