This building is located in the heart of Old Town Bluffton at the corner of Bridge and Calhoun St and only a few blocks away from the May River. You can park your car for the weekend and walk everywhere in town. Just up the street are restaurants, art galleries, shopping, etc. Also a short walk away from the Bluffton Oyster Company, Oyster Factory Park, the Church of the Cross, and Calhoun Street dock. Or take a water taxi ride across the May River over to Palmetto Bluff.

The apartment is lovely, very clean, spacious and very comfortable. All accommodations available—washer and dryer, lovely kitchen with full stove, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, and a large and deep covered deck with seating. The location is perfect with oak trees laden with moss and shopping and restaurants only steps away. Parking is easily available. The host was readily accessible and immediately responded to my questions. The apartment is situated directly above shops and stairs are necessary for access.

We had a great overall stay at this property. The home was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and easy to access. The owner provided clear, helpful instructions, which made the entire process seamless from arrival to departure.The location is a major highlight, especially for anyone looking to enjoy Old Town Bluffton. Everything is conveniently walkable, and it was especially nice having our pet with us. The area made it easy to get out for walks and feel comfortable throughout the stay.Parking was a bit of a challenge when we first arrived due to a local farmers market and daytime activity, but that cleared up and was not an issue for the rest of the weekend.One thing to note is that Saturday night was quite loud, with music and people outside lasting until around 1:30am, which made it difficult to sleep. It may have been a one-time event (possibly a reception nearby), but something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper.Overall, this is a great property in a fantastic location, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location if you want the downtown Bluffton experience. Clean. Nice place A little attention to detail would make it worth the money. Needs nightstand and lamp on other side of bed, more/nicer towels, nicer kitchen pans, etc- for the price it just needs a little style.

The location of this property is fabulous the design to die for..
The downsides are many if you are staying more than 2 days. It is NOT equipped for every day living. NO can opener!!! Wal Mart became my friend...The TV is a total nightmare!!! Sparely furnished. 3 bar stools for 4 people. No table and chairs. Extremely dangerous stairs especially at night...no sound proofing between the 2 lofts!!
The owner is not experienced and the response was not great!!!
