About this villa rental
Villa Frani is located just a few kilometers from the town of Porec in the small Istrian village of Jehnići. In a quiet and pleasant environment, her modern grace comes to the fore. The spacious garden of the villa offers a large, heated swimming pool positioned to take maximum advantage of the sun during the day.
Sun loungers, parasols, and a shower are available by the pool. A special highlight of the courtyard is the summer kitchen with a dining table, where guests can enjoy a barbecue on charcoal or relax in the evening in lounge chairs, overlooking the lighted pool and the beautiful surroundings of the villa.
The interior of Villa Frani features modern, new furniture, and all rooms are fully equipped. The villa is divided into two parts. On the ground floor, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are connected into one large, elegant unit, each offering a view of the pool. The ground floor also includes one of the four bedrooms with its own bathroom, a toilet, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs are the three remaining bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Each room in the villa has a separate air conditioning unit, allowing guests to adjust the temperature individually. For the colder months, the villa features an excellent heating system, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.
Pool is heatable at the extra charge of 100 EUR/week.
Poreč, which juts out into the open sea, the winding streets that lead to the cultural sights of the city are e.g. the Euphrasia Basilica, which has been declared aUNESCO World HeritageSite, the old fortress walls, or theFreedom Squarewhere festivals and other events take place regularly . Many leisure activities are available, from water sports such as jet skiing, surfing and aquaparks (ideal for children) to hiking, climbing and go carting.Porečis also known as theparty metropolis of Istria, with one of the largest discos in Croatia, the Byblos, and thus attracts great DJs from all over the world.

The villa was beautiful, very clean, and surrounded by peaceful nature. We especially loved the pool and outdoor dining area where we spent most evenings relaxing. Everything was well equipped and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home right away. A perfect place for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Mein Mann, unsere drei Kinder und ich verbrachten eine Woche in der Villa Frani und hatten die beste Zeit!
Die Villa verfügt über einen sehr geräumigen eingezäunten Garten, einen Pool, einen Grill und verschiedene Sitz- und Liegebereiche.
Innen hat jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und unser Bett war sehr bequem. Bade- und Handtücher werden gestellt, damit Sie auf Reisen keine großen Taschen packen müssen.
Porec ist die nächste Stadt und ist nur zehn Autominuten entfernt. Es gibt ein wirklich schönes Restaurant im Dorf namens Konoba Kaštel, das ich empfehlen würde!
Ehrlich gesagt haben wir im Laufe der Jahre in verschiedenen Arten von Villen übernachtet, aber diese Villa ist wahrscheinlich eine unserer (und der Kinder) Lieblingsvillen. Ich würde diese Villa von ganzem Herzen jedem empfehlen, der einen erholsamen Familienurlaub mit vielen kleinen Aktivitäten sucht, die hier und da genossen werden können.

Large, modern house with the necessary equipment. The area is very quiet and close to Poreč where you can find everything from grocery stores to restaurants. Everything was clean and the host was very friendly. Definitely recommending this place.
