A Casa do Muiñeiro, as its name suggests, belonged to the manager of the river mill on the estate. The 40,000 m2 estate is situated in a unique setting, surrounded by the Río Grande, which invites you to take walks along its banks where you’ll discover idyllic spots

The house has two floors; the first floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with an impressive Lareira, and a bathroom. The upper floor features three double bedrooms with king-size beds—one with an en suite bathroom—one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom, and a living area with a sofa bed and access to a terrace.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and layout of the house - beautiful rooms, well equipped and very clean. The garden was amazing with shady sitting places, a stream and an old mill. You could walk along the stream to the nearby town with supermarkets and other shops. The house is close to sandy beaches (15 km) which were wonderful with few people. The landscape of the region is stunning and we had fun exploring the lighthouses, fishing villages and walking the coastal path. We'd like to thank our hosts for their excellent hospitality - they welcomed us after our long journey and really made us feel at home. They were also available for any questions and were very helpful. We can certainly recommend this unique house and garden for a super holiday!
