If you find yourself coming to Rosemary Beach with your small family, or maybe a small group of friends, then make sure you read further about our Getaway Flat! This 1,000 square foot condo is truly the perfect “getaway” for a much needed vacation in the beautiful Rosemary Beach community.
The flat features a spacious master and guest suite, a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and granite countertops, combined living/dining area, and a balcony overlooking for St. Augustine Green - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon appetizer. Located on the 2nd floor, you'll immediately notice the open concept living room; if you find yourself needing some extra sleeping space, rest assured in knowing that this room also doubles as a sleeping area thanks to the queen-sized sleeper couch. The dining and kitchen area has plenty of room for the family, and bar seating for breakfast, or meals with the kids. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a night in, cooking with family or friends.
*Please note, when booking a winter monthly rental, access to the Fitness Center and Racquet Club is not included but can be added at those facilities.
Off the living room, you'll find a guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and plenty of storage in dressers, and a closet. The hall bath is complete with a vanity, and tub/shower combo. Just down the hall is the master suite with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, shower, and separate tub – the ideal setup for a relaxing ending to a long day at the beach!
Put your car keys away, because all you need is a bike to enjoy all the wonderful amenities that Rosemary Beach has to offer. Once you're done at the beach, take a dip at the neighboring Cabana Pool, or splash pad for the kids, just steps away from the flat. You also have access to the 3 other pools in the community. Guests have the opportunity to take advantage of the tennis courts, fitness center with brand new equipment, or simple enjoy a stroll along the beautifully landscaped sidewalks.

We came to 30a as a family of 3 and had the best time making memories! The gateway flat was perfect for our stay! Well appointed, near new appliances, updates and very comfortable! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Being on Georgetown Ave made getting around a breeze and we have the honor and privilege of witnessing a wedding at St Augustine park. The band was incredible, it was such a pleasant surprise! Our 2.5 year old loved dancing on the balcony and then once bedtime came, her standard white noise machine masked the sound and was all good! And the party respected the quiet hours and wrapped up at 9:52! If you’re contemplating a family vacation to 30a, do it! So family friendly especially toddler friendly! We didn’t get in the car once! Wagons around Rosemary, bikes to Alys, toes in the water, toddler tushies (with swim diapers) in the sand!
