There is no charge to heat hot tub, any temp.
Pool heating Summer rates (June-September):
Pool heating is free up to 80° degrees.
81°-85° $30 day.
85°-90° $50 day.
90°+ $70 day.
Pool heating Winter rates (October - May):

Although an older home it is clean and well kept and has everything you need in the way of accessories / appliances. It had plenty of space for our family of 8. Everything is nicely labeled and easy to find...there is a coffee pot in the cupboard next to the Kurig (well stocked with pods). The addition of the swimming pool and hot tub are real bonuses and our grandchildren loved them almost as much as disneyland, which is only an easy 30 minute walk away, even with a 5 and 7 year old....we did Uber back after a long day. The game room in the garage is great with darts and a pool table. In addition to door dash there are some great restaurants just a few blocks away, primarily northeast....Last but not least, Eric was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Eric was the ideal host. He was uber responsive when we needed him. The house was just what we needed. It was clean, quiet, and close to the conference center and Disney. The pool and hot tub were great, and the activities in the garage were great on our first night, when we were jet-lagged. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to lay your head. PS- the pillows were the best pillows I have ever slept on!

Eric has thought of everything you need. The house was the perfect retreat at the end of the day. For our family of 4, we all had our own space. Location is ideal to Disney, beaches, and sporting events. Thank you for your hospitality. We definitely plan to be back.
