This suite worked wonderfully for my daughter and I for our weekend in Saskatoon. It was clean and had everything we needed. That being said, it was in need of a little bit of TLC. Some of the general maintenance on the property was lacking. The closet doors in one of the bedrooms were broken, as well as a few other minor things throughout the property. With a minimal amount of "sprucing" this property would garner a perfect rating from me :) I will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Host was awesome, checked in with us half way through our stay to ensure we didnt need anything and that everything was going well.
Quiet location, comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked dish wise. Close to many amenities!

This is a nice suite but has not been kept up properly. Sorry to say It was a little dirty. The sink, stove was and toaster were greasy. Floors had a lot of long black hair all over. The furniture is dirty and worn. I didn’t find the bed very comfortable. Limited towels and no kitchen cloths and only one small hand towel.
BUT for the price I put up with it and bought my own sanitizer, cloth and dish towel.
