The fully equipped kitchen is a haven for any culinary enthusiast. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find all the appliances and utensils you need. The dining area, conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen, offers a lovely space for everyone to gather and enjoy delicious meals together.
One of the highlights of this property is the private backyard, featuring a private swimming pond in a fenced in backyard! While we don't have grass in the backyard, we do have sand which creates our own little private beach! The backyard also includes patio furniture, a fire-pit, and a tree swing!
The Oasis has plenty of indoor fun! Game on in our arcade area with arcade machines, air hockey, dart board and so much more! We have our own theater room in the lower level with a bar, pub seating, a flat screen TV, wine/beverage fridge and comfortable seating. The kids play area is also in the lower level, where we provide kids toys and books for all ages, as well as a queen sleeper sofa!

The hold will be placed one day prior to your arrival and released after your stay, provided there are no damages to the property and all house rules are followed.
3. No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
4. While the WiFi connection is generally fast and reliable, please note that occasional spottiness may occur due to our rural location.
5. The pond is NOT heated or chlorinated. No pets allowed in pond. *Pond is open Memorial Day (End of May - Labor Day (Beginning of September)*
6. Unauthorized guests or exceeding the occupancy limits are strictly prohibited. No exceptions will be made.
7. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of this advertisement, but errors may occur. We strive to keep all information current and accurate. If any issues arise beyond the homeowner's control, they will be addressed to the best of their ability, but the homeowner cannot be held liable.
8. Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Overall our stay was good. The guide was nice to have that kept everything in one area for referencing. There were several features however that could use improvement, including general maintenance of things we noticed throughout the house or things that were supposed to be included as part of the rental. Including: Broken dining room chairs, bathroom showers that weren’t covered and could throw water everywhere (not to mention the full size mirror right across from the toilet so you can watch yourself), paint missing or wall damage in several rooms, games that didn’t work, locking sliding glass door, unlocked side gates, water filter in fridge needed to be replaced, no dishwashing liquid, limited kitchen supplies (pots/pans for cooking and baking), the cleaners left sticky residue on the kitchen appliances, etc. These weren’t a huge detriment to our stay but did notify the property owner about them. Owner was very prompt to respond and also the check-in and check-out process was very easy. Otherwise the location for us was great and central to most of the places we were going and easy to find. It is on a busier street and the backyard is all sand with rocks plus a pond that was drained when we stayed, which would have been more pertinent for us to consider if families or smaller children were with us. We had four adults, so not a concern. Would recommend and stay again, just would be hoping some of the features mentioned would be fixed for full use of those areas.

House was wonderful and the arcade kept the kids occupied for HOURS! Super close to a Walmart and downtown activities. We used this as our base camp to explore all that Door County has to offer. Simply wonderful.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. There was an issue which caused us to have a late check-in, which was eventually resolved. There are only 3 coffee mugs and only one tv remote that worked for 3 of the tvs. The location was convenient for our stay.
