About this villa rental
PÀRIS Villas 2BD is a light-filled, modern retreat on the ground floor of our Rodney Bay building. It's ideal for couples travelling together, small families and anyone who wants space without compromise. There's a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, two and a half bathrooms, and a private balcony for sunset drinks in the island breeze.
The open white kitchen and lounge are made for relaxed mornings. Outside, enjoy the 40ft custom-lit saltwater pool, loungers, outdoor shower and turf lounge, all shared with other PÀRIS Villas guests, plus a fully equipped on-site gym.
The neighbourhood is quiet and private, yet Reduit Beach, the malls, restaurants and nightlife are all within walking distance.

Good to know
Entire villa (ground floor) with 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), 2.5 baths, free parking and a private entrance. Sleeps 4. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM, with a 2-night minimum stay. Our property manager meets every guest in person and hands over the gate and house keys. No smoking inside (please use the balcony), no pets and no parties. Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is about 1 to 1.5 hours away by car, and we can arrange taxi, helicopter, ferry and rental car transfers.
Concierge
Private chef, spa treatments, boat and jet ski tours, ATV tours, photography, luxury picnics, decorating and more can be arranged through our concierge at an additional cost. Luxury services arranged without our concierge carry a US$150 service fee.

Our host Sam was amazing. Whenever we needed something she was there. After our week in Rodney Bay we headed to Soufries to our next Vrbo and whenever we had a question Sam responded even though we were done with our stay at her place. Such a wonderful person. The home was very well kept and great for walking to the beach and close walk to lots of restaurants. Good beds and comfortable couch. Pool was great. Do the hike at the end of Rodney bay very challenging. No idea what it is called we just heard about it at the beach. Bring runners it a climb!

Everything about this condo was amazing, from clean beautiful furnishings to well manicured grounds and beautiful helpful staff. We definitely will be back with more friends and family. Location location, restaurants, clubs, beach, shopping, marina and yoga, everything in walking distance.

Renting Paris Villa in St Lucia was a wonderful choice and an exquisite stay. The beautiful two bedroom , three baths Villa was perfect for our group of four and we loved the how beautiful the Villa was decorated. I must add the pool, hot tub and sitting area by the Marina was so enjoyable. But the walkable location to beaches , restaurants, grocery stores, and nightlife made Paris Villas a “winner”.
Most importantly, Mervin who manages the property was hands on and provide assistance to us for transfer, chef, taxis and our needs was the best . No issues were unresolved. Thanks Mervin for a great experience.

We loved our stay in the villa at Rodney Bay. Its a beautiful large property, close to the beach and nice restaurants, and an easy 10min walk into town. The kitchen and lounge and like home and having breakfast on the outside terrace before heading out for the day was lovely. Our host JC was very flexible and responsive, and Mervin who managed the property was incredibly helpful.
