About this villa rental
This attractive detached single storey villa is set in a 2700m2 fully stocked mature garden with many exotic plants including orange, lemon, grapefruit, fig and plum trees and benefits from a south facing view. The villa has been recently refurbished with a new fully fitted kitchen, new bathrooms, and tiled throughout. The large living room with wood burning fireplace, beamed ceiling and separate dining area, leads through patio doors directly onto the private terrace and swimming pool with two covered dining areas, BBQ and outside shower. There are 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. The villa also has a guest cloakroom, utility area with access to a courtyard/drying area, plenty of storage, satellite television, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Electric gates lead to a large driveway with a single garage.

Property was as advertised. well located for visiting most of the Algarve tourist destinations. You defintely need a vehicle to get around as its not near stores etc.the house is large and has everything you need for a nice stay. 3 bedrooms all with ensuites. great for couples although 2 of the bedrooms have twin beds rather than queen or doubles.our week there was very enjoyable.

This was our second time to the villa, but the first since the current owners acquired it.We love this place because it has everything you could possible need including the essential wifi to keep the younger ones happy. Great location as well with everything close at hand, a car is essential though.The owners are a delight to deal with.
