This house exceeded all of our expectations and had everything we needed for an amazing stay! From the hot tub to the grill in the backyard, every detail made our trip even more enjoyable. The home was incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated my entire family. The location was perfect just a short drive to Broadway, the Grand Ole Opry, and all the other Nashville attractions we wanted to visit. What really made our experience stand out was our host, Ryan. He went above and beyond from the very beginning. Since our flight arrived early, he kindly allowed us to check in ahead of schedule without charging an early check-in fee. He was incredibly friendly, understanding, and responsive throughout our stay. This is easily one of my favorite properties I’ve ever stayed at in Nashville. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!

We had a terrific weekend with friends here! Beautiful home with an amazing rooftop social area. No problems at all with check-in or check-out. Thanks so much!

The house was clean but needed some updating on the walls. Lots of scuffs and small holes on some of the walls. Neighborhood is not good. Did not feel safe to walk anywhere. Host was very pleasant and checked in to see if we needed anything and let us check in early due to an early flight.

The unit is beautiful. Totally redone and very spacious. Only a 4 minute drive to most parking lots in downtown Nashville. Went with 8 adults so we had a great time. NOT walkable due to the major downfall of the place. It’s located in a rough neighborhood. Definitely would not take young kids there or have a house only with women. The host Ryan was a gem.
