It's a lovely apartment in a fab complex, and Cabanas is a brilliant place for a holiday. HOWEVER, the beds in this apartment are beyond awful and really spoilt our holiday. Lack of sleep and horrible back pain do not make for a happy holiday.
I've given 3 stars because the facilities and location are 5 star, but the beds (and sofas too) are zero star.
Getting the keys was easy and the agent was lovely. However, there was a complete lack of any information at the apartment about how to use things (eg difficult to work the aircon, wifi code not displayed anywhere) or what to do on departure day (all we knew was to leave by 10am).
I would definitely return to Cabanas but would not return to this apartment.
