Situated just across the street from one of Hilton Heads most desired beaches, you’ll fall in love with this renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor condo.
The open concept floor plan makes entertaining a breeze. Laminate flooring runs throughout the property and noticeable updates, including new furniture and décor, help to make this a coveted vacation spot. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa and loveseat with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. The remodeled kitchen features granite counters stainless appliances and everything you will need to cook a meal for your family. The dining table seats six comfortably, and there are an additional 3 barstools at the kitchen bar.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, wall-mounted flat screen and a private bathroom with a tub shower combination.
The guest bedroom also features a queen bed and has a wall-mounted flat screen and access to a hall bathroom with a tub shower combination.
Guests staying at The Dunes have access to a community pool. The beach is a quick 5-to-7-minute walk away, and the famed Coligny Plaza area is an easy 5 to 10 minute bike ride.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

We had a wonderful family stay at The Dunes 4H. The location in South Forest Beach was perfect — an easy walk to the beach and just minutes from Coligny Plaza for shopping and dinner. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the full kitchen made mornings easy. The community pool was a great way to cool off after a day out. We’d happily book here again on our next trip to the island.
