30 km west of Chania, the prefecture’s capital and 5 km east of Kissamos, the province’s capital, on the cove of the gulf, literally at the sea, the village Nopigia is located, beautiful and green.
Here, just a few steps from the sea, villa Niriides is located, a small complex consisting of three separate holiday residences: “Thetis” 45 sqm, “Erato” 50 sqm and “Pasithea” 110 sqm.
Thetis and Erato have a bedroom with one double bed or two single beds and Pasithea has two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds. The residences all have sofa bed for one or two extra people, bathroom, living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. All of them are air conditioned and from the large balconies one has an undisturbed panoramic view of the sea.
Your visit and your stay will give you the opportunity to get acquainted with our beautiful island, with its natural beauty – landscapes of rare and special charm, the numerous archaeological sites which preserve important monuments of the past, the intense cultural activity, the tradition and the culture as reflected in our feasts and festivals.
All the above make our place a lovely destination, not only during the summer, but all the year through.

We had that stunning appartement in the basement. Everything was just wow. So the holidays can start with the first second.
The rooms are furnished so lovely and perfectly equipped with all you need and even more. There are so many lovely details. Just find them yourself 😉. There is nothing what you could miss. Even the fridge was well equipped on arrival. What a lovely surprise. We never had that in any other appartement before. There were varieties of coffee and tea and home made Raki and wine.
The owners are such a nice family with a hospitality you merely find. 7 stars 🤩 for them.
Just go there and enjoy luxurious holidays.
The sea is waiting behind the green meadow of the garden. Some restaurants serve nice Greak food. Just relax. Take a car with you for being independent. There are no shops around. We wanted to have a nice and quiet place and found it.
Great vacations to everybody going there.

Just got home from a wonderful vacation!!! Every thing was perfect!
The house is just like in the pictures and George and his parents are wonderful hosts. The beach from the house is great and felt just like a second home we will definitely come again❤️

WE had a wonderful, relaxing time in nopigia. The house is like a home. Lovely, with lots of space, clean, filled fridge, lovely service and so friendly owners! The beach is perfect for children, the Café bar is perfect for parents :-) We already booked our next stay!
