About this house rental
This is a newly renovated 3bedroom 2 bath home. Great location for people visiting NSU, Downtown Festivals or anyone wanting to spend a few days in Natchitoches. Walking distance to Downtown and less than a 5 minute drive to Wal Mart and most of the major restaurants in town. Exterior security lighting and cameras for your peace of mind. Parking is off of East 5th Street in the grass area near the side door. Our August Lock is located on the side door. This is allows easy access to the property for loading and unloading. There are steps inside the house. There are 2 steps in the master bedroom and a couple steps going from the main entrance into the kitchen area.

Perfect little pit stop. We were just breaking up a long road trip, stopped in for one night. Host provided accurate instructions for checking in well in advance and has ice and snacks waiting for us. My family got a good nights rest and enjoyed the charm of this little neighborhood. We will be back for Christmas festivities!

We enjoyed our stay. We did not use the third bedroom since we didn’t have the two children with us.The only thing that would have been better for us would have been to have another seat in the living room.

The most adorable house that was perfect for a weekend in Natchitoches. We loved all of the spaces especially the outside deck and hot tub. The house was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants on Front Street.Highly recommend..
