Amazing location! we were able to walk to downtown, walking through the park, easily! Location felt safe as we did not bring cars and walked/ubered. Close to great germantown bars/restaurants as well! As for the unit, many scuff marks on the walls/stairs and stairs/floors look dirty. I would say they’re probably more stained than actually dirty but you can definitely tell that people walk through the house with their boots on! Bathroom inside 1st bedroom had a crack on the shower floor as well as a giant dip in the middle of it, it almost felt like you could bounce up and down on the floor of the shower! Overall good stay and would stay again!

Perfect accommodations for 2 couples. Arrived on Friday and left Monday. We parked and walked or used Lyft ride share. It was hot! the first week of August. Location is diagonal across intersection from Tennessee state museum and bicentennial park. Walk to Broadway Music scene can be done but don’t recommend when hot /humid. The condo was clean and comfortable. I would considering rebooking in future.

While I wish I could give it a perfect 10/10, there were a number of issues that made it fall short.The Positives:The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, responsive, and proactive. They communicated throughout our stay, checked in several times to ensure our needs were met, and even left a thoughtful hospitality gift. They went above and beyond by bringing in an Amazon package that had been delivered so it wouldn’t get stolen. Their service truly stood out and was the highlight of our stay.The Negatives:Unfortunately, the apartment itself left a lot to be desired. It shows signs of wear, with scratches on the walls and doors, and some doors that don’t close properly. There is very little storage: neither bedroom has a dresser, just a bathroom vanity with limited cabinet space. To make matters worse, there were only three hangers provided per bedroom—far from enough for two people staying a week.The kitchen was minimally stocked, with only coffee, tea, and sugar available.The layout of the unit was also quite inconvenient. While we were told it was a three-level apartment, the design was odd. The first floor is just the entryway with stairs leading up to the bedrooms and bathroom on the middle floor. The living area is on the top floor, which means that if you’re relaxing upstairs, you have to go down 20 stairs to access the only bathroom.The Location:On the positive side, the apartment is conveniently close to downtown and major freeways.
