About this villa rental
Villa Mariana is a two storey house placed on a 4.000 square meters estate that is full of olive trees, palm trees and various types of trees and flowers with a great view towards the Mediterranean Sea and mountain of Taygetos. The Villa has private parking and its placed 300m from the beach and 3,5km from the city of Koroni. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table, a living room with a cozy fireplace made of stone, TV, WC, a large porch that has a view towards the beach and a smaller one towards the mountain. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a double-size bed and one with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a large balcony with a view towards the sea and the mountains.
The guest will have full access to the ground and first floor of the house and also full access to the estate.
The owner of the villa lives in the Basement of the villa, which is completely independent and with its own entrance.

We stayed in Antonis’s beautiful house for five days this summer. He was very welcoming and helpful and the welcome gift of olives, olive oil and fruits etc was very kind. My daughters enjoyed staying in the house very much, with the beach a very short walk away. Highly recommended

We have spent 14 wonderful days enjoying the fantastic facilities and charm of Villa Mariana. Antonis and Giota welcomed us at the Villa and provided us with information on the local area and filled the fridge with much appreciated fresh and local produce.
The Villa is beautiful, cool and comfortable with balconies on both sides to allow you to sit in or out of the sun as you wish. The large grounds, filled with olive trees, mean the Villa is quiet and secluded yet only a 3 minute walk to the sea and a few restaurants so you can leave the car behind. Or for an early morning dip before breakfast.
The kitchen has been equipped to provide most of the utensils needed for a family meal and more and the lounge area is ideal when you need to escape from the sunshine. The whole Villa is spotlessly clean.
In all the years of travelling, it’s the first time we’ve been able to sleep in the bedroom with the air conditioning switched on, it’s super quiet. The beds are very comfortable with lovely white linen and lots of white towels are available.
All in all it was a wonderful, comfortable and relaxing place to spend our 2 weeks and we would recommend anyone to book their holiday at Villa Mariana. We genuinely are struggling to express how nice this Villa is. As someone else has said, the pictures don’t do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in ‘real life’.

We spent 10 days at the property in June and it was just right. We were there with our two children (2.5 years and 5 months) and they had a great time. The gardens are great fun to wander in and explore, and the balconies that run round the house means that there is always a spot in the shade or sun to sit out in. Quality of the house is great and we had no problems at all. The host (Antonis) was so welcoming and helpful, freindly and available, especially as he is on site. when we arrived we were welcome with beautiful olive oil and olives from the olive grove that surrounds the house. the house was clean and wecoming and a travel cot was provided with plenty of spare bed linen. We found it fine in the house with kids, but its worth mentioning that there are a lot of tiled stairs that you have to watch them on.
This is our second trip to Koroni and we love the area, the beaches are excellent and there are so many spots off the beaten track to explore.

Very cosy and clean. Beautiful large garden with olive and palm trees. Close to a nice sandy beech, only about 5 minutes walk. Koroni is a beautiful small town, not crowded.
Antonis and his wife are very friendly and helpful. They gave us a warm welcome. Thank you very much.
