With a view of the golf course, mountains, and Bear Lake itself, this spacious five-bedroom home offers the perfect setting for your next family or group getaway. Reserve a tee time at Bear Lake Golf Course, or head to Ideal Beach Resort, just over two miles north, for lake access. There you’ll also find resort amenities such as mini-golf, heated pools, hot tubs, dry saunas, a playground, tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts, and a rental shop for boats, jet skis, canoes, and paddle boards.
Back home, it’s easy to enjoy the view from either deck or the lower-level patio. Grab a cup of coffee and a book in the morning and relax for a while – you’re on vacation after all. Inside, you’ll find an updated, open living space on the main floor with vaulted ceilings making the space feel even larger. The chef will love the modern kitchen, with a full complement if stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, and a huge farmhouse sink. Between the large dining room table, patio table on the deck, and kitchen island barstools, there’s plenty of room for everyone at mealtime. At the end of the day, relax in one of the two living rooms, with one on the main floor and one downstairs. Both offer lots of comfy seating and streaming-capable TVs – the kids will love the beanbag chairs downstairs. Five bedrooms, with three downstairs and two upstairs, offer sleeping options to suit every group. More perks of this home include free WiFi, central AC, and a washer/dryer.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great house! Was super clean and organized. Host provided great information for all the essentials. The place is about a mile away from ideal beach and the pools/beach/hot tub so plan accordingly.

We enjoyed every second of our stay. This house was the perfect stay for our vacation. The house had everything you need, with excellent views of the lake. My only suggestion would be to add a fire pit. I would book this house again!
