Sit back and relax in your oasis. This stunning vacation paradise is brand new and professionally decorated. Only a 5-minute walk to the beach and is located in the heart of mid-island. Close to shopping and restaurants. This 4-bedroom and 2-bath vacation paradise has all the bells and whistles. Walk into an open-concept great room and kitchen with 14' ceilings and top-of-the-line finishes. Tons of light with double sliders walking out to a deck overlooking the tropical pool landscape. Plenty of space for entertaining and with 2 upper balcony decks on both the front and the back of the house; a perfect spot from sunrise to sunset. A beautiful travertine pool deck with a 6 ft privacy fence and covered patio is a fantastic area to gather for a fun-filled BBQ. A 6 car garage with plenty of parking. You won't want to leave this perfect vacation paradise.

As you enter this beautiful vacation property there is an open-concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen has the most stunning countertops and updated appliances. You can also enjoy sitting out on the balcony that overlooks the pool and pool area, the sliding glass doors to enter onto the balcony can be found behind the dining area.
Through the kitchen is a full laundry room with both an in-unit washer and dryer. Back through the kitchen and starting down the hallway the first guest room to your left has a queen bed, tv, and two full closets.
Continuing down that same hallway, the first room on the right is the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a bathtub/ shower combo. The second room on your left down the hallway is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a TV. The beds both have storage under them for clothes and shoes as well as there being a full closet. The last bedroom on the left is the third guest bedroom which has a queen bed, plenty of storage, a full closet, and a tv. This guest bedroom even has a sliding glass door where you can exit and enter onto the balcony. Right across from the third guest bedroom is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, full closet, TV, and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has sliding glass doors where you can exit and enter onto the balcony. Continuing to the end of the hallway there is a Glass door that leads to a balcony with seating areas where you can enjoy any sunset or sunrise. Back down the hallway, through the living and dining area, down the outside set of stairs, and to your right you can enter the pool area. This area has a pool, outdoor shower, grill, lounge chairs, and an outdoor seating and dining area for your convenience. This home as well as the neighboring home are perfect for a double family vacation, as they are only a few steps away from each other!

We had an awesome 2 weeks at the house. It was perfect for 9 people. Plenty of room. Very clean. The location was perfect…. Just a few minute walk to the beach (the quieter part of the beach). We had an issue with the kitchen sink/garbage disposal which was handled immediately.. great communication. Very comfortable beds too! We all agreed, absolutely nothing to complain about.

Beautiful home , we enjoyed the private pool and close proximity to the beach . The only negative thing I have to say about the property was the steep stairs, the only way to get into the house . We were fine with it but it may affect someone else’s stay if they have older people in their group. We had excellent communication with the rental company. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and close to the beach. The kitchen supplies were lacking a bit (like good pans and a simple spatula to flip things). Some things need to be repaired, like a 6’ piece of metal from the sliding door came flying off. A repair list was sent to the property management company. The trash had not been taken out when we arrived (4 full bins in the garage) and the stench was atrocious. The bins were covered in maggots. Thankfully, that was in the garage and does not reflect the living quarters’ cleanliness. Some attention to detail with the property is very needed.
