About this bed and breakfast
One bedroom (king size tempurpedic bed), one full bathroom, kitchen (refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, granite countertops), washer/dryer, wood ceramic tile floors, a screened porch, your own WIFI, etc., roughly 800 square feet.
Built as a detached guesthouse, it was recently renovated for a college student to live in for a year.
She's moved out and it's now vacant.
The cottage is located in my back yard. I live on a 1.5 acre, wooded lot. Although it is in the backyard, there is plenty of space and privacy. You won't notice us and we won't notice you (unless you want us to).
We are primarily set up to comfortably host two guests, but we have a high quality, self inflating, queen size air mattress in the cottage. So we could sleep up to 4 people, although I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay.

Great stay in a very nice neighborhood. The cottage is private and the owner communicates good, is timely and responsive. I stayed for a few months on business.

My grandson and his wife stayed here while searching for a home to purchase in the area. They said it was perfectly clean, comfortable and safe. I was lucky to have found this week and if it had been available longer, I would have reserved another week.
