About this house rental
This cute 3 bedroom house will tick all your holiday boxes!
Located on the northern side of Bermagui opposite the wetlands, Haywards & Moorheads Beach, you will be within walking distance to cafes, the day spa, the beach, river and 777 Supermarket.
A bike track starts near the cottage all the way into town , also you can enjoy the beach bike track out to camel rock at Wallaga Lake
The bottom level has a fully equipped kitchen, sunny lounge area with Reverse Cycle air conditioning, a combined bathroom/laundry with a large spa bath and two bedrooms.
Upstairs there is a large main bedroom and ensuite with lots of sun and views out toward the ocean. Reverse Cycle air conditioning
You can relax and sit on one of the two deck areas and enjoy the Bermagui lifestyle with a book or a glass of wine.
The property is also pet friendly so your dog doesn't have to miss out on the fun of the holiday!
Linen - Guests will need to bring their own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Internet/Wifi – Complimentary WifI is provided for your convenience.
The Agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wifi will work and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important therefore, please have a back up plan.
Pets permitted outside only- Fully fenced back yard. Limit of One pet unless by prior written arrangement.
Please Note: The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints.
Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet (eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property).
Parking available on the driveway only and off street, no parking on the grassed area.
Sleeps 7- Two bedrooms with Queen beds and One bedroom with a Tri-Bunk.
Security Bond applies - Guest Registration form to be completed and returned prior to arrival.

The place is a wonderful place to stay. It's neat, it's tidy. Has a great yard. You can walk to the beach and wetlands. Yes you have to take your own sheets or hire them etc that is all listed in the terms so make sure you read that. We took our own. The agent was very nice also
