This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

My girlfriend and I brought our two dogs to stay at a paw-some place for 8 nights. This was not our first time at vacations by the sea, but it was our first time in this room. The room was great! It was right by the entrance to the beach, everything was nice and clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was amazing. We ate in for all of our meals, so that was important. The living room is also nice and cozy, and the bedroom was large and comfortable. I spoke to management when adding days to our stay, and they were very nice and helpful every time we talked. I would definitely recommend vacations by the sea AND room 613 to anyone who loves the ocean, and to anyone with a dogs.

This is a great ground level property, everything needed was available to make our stay pleasurable. Beach location was awesome and easily accessible. At the current time there is ongoing construction during the week, none on the weekend. But this is to simply beautify the entire property and was of no disruption to us. One single minor complaint was the comfort of the sofa for enjoying TV in the evenings. But it’s a sleeper sofa which are not always comfortable for seat. Great weekend this is our new favorite property and location.

This vacation rental has a good location and good facilities. Great customer service. My only complaint is the couch wasn't very comfortable and kinda worn down and the frying pan was really bad.
