We had a family gathering over the 4th of July weekend and the layout of this house was ideal for the group dinner. The large family room had plenty of seating and places throughout the property for people to relax and reconnect. It was clean, the four bedrooms were large, it was very nicely decorated and welcoming. The kitchen was ideal for both preparing and serving meals. You could walk out the back door onto the deck and enjoy the water surrounded by trees. We brought fishing poles and had fun catching a few fish and listening to the frogs. When it got too hot and humid outside, the inside AC did a great job of keeping us cool. There was a refrigerator in the garage where we could store extra bags of ice. If we gather in the Ft Smith area again, we will definitely see if this property is available!

Everything it said and then some. We loved the very clean spacious home. The beds were great. Couch was amazing. We thought about asking if they would sell it. Our gang will be back.

The home was spotless and as advertised. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Perfect home for the 7 of us with room to spare.
