Sleeps 7; a private main floor master with ensuite and an upper level bunk room with 5 built-in twin beds, cozy reading nook with lookout to the lake and bathroom with clawfoot tub. Main level includes powder bath, dining room, living room adjacent to the kitchen with breakfast nook and laundry room. This property offers ample parking with front driveway and detached 2 car garage. Large grassy space in front with towering pines with deck overlooking the lake and Mt. Tallac. The rear paver stone patio leads to the detached garage. A short walk to the private, gated homeowners beach with westerly sunset views. 10 minute drive to Heavenly Village Gondola. Detached studio not included in rent/reserved for owner storage. Pets considered. Booked for Summer 2024. Available May 2024 thru June 15, 2024 and again after 9/30/24.
