Upon entering Ukihaus Hudson, you will be greeted by a stunning open floor plan adorned with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and skylights that fill the space with abundant natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an array of cookware, ensuring you have everything you need to whip up delightful meals. Take advantage of the spacious kitchen island, providing ample room for additional food prep. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher, offering convenience and functionality for all your culinary needs.

1st Floor Bedroom: Comfortable queen-sized bed, blackout curtains to ensure a restful sleep, and a closet for your storage needs.
2nd Floor Bedroom: Cozy queen-sized bed nestled beneath vaulted ceilings, picturesque window, and nightstands
Bathrooms
1st Floor Bathroom: with shower, toilet, baseboard heating, sink.

Things to Note
- Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service, and pool cleanings.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
- Please note, this property does have exterior cameras for safety and security. These are only located on the exterior of the property, never the interior, and will not be monitored during your stay unless an issue arises.
-You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. We hope you enjoy your vacation with peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damages occur, you are protected under Waivo.
- Enjoy the convenience of being just moments from the I-87 NY Thruway. A gentle reminder that the ease of access also means the distant hum of traffic can occasionally be heard.
🐾 Pet Policy: We welcome all types of dogs with a $50 fee per animal.per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, please obtain prior approval from the host. All fees are due before check-in and we cannot accept other types of animals at this time. Any undisclosed pets will incur a $300 deep-cleaning fee.
Please be advised that every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11am check out time a $50 fee will be initiated and charged to the card on file used to book the listing. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

The cabin has everything that you need. The interior is tastefully decorated. The yard needs some improvements and the house is not secluded. There is a major highway that backs up behind the property but not visible when leaves are on the trees. My visit has pleasant and would recommend if you want to stay in that area. We did not utilize the outside deck or grill that overlooks the driveway.

Loved every inch of this adorable home! Kitchen had everything needed to grill out and enjoy the stars at night. Loft area was great for getting a little work done while the rest of the enjoyed the living room. Upstairs tub with sky light was a very relaxing spot; great shower pressure on the main floor !! Beds and pillows were very comfortable too!

We had a wonderful time visiting the Hudson Valley. The location of this house is pretty good to proximity of attractions.The house itself is cute and modern, the beds were comfy, the shower was amazing, and the place was clean inside.There were, however, a few issues. The house needs repair to bring it up to match the photos. Upon our arrival, the place looked cool, but the grass, which was easily 12” tall, made the house seem improperly cared for. Upon closer look, paint was peeling and scratched up around the house and the deck was quite dirty with foliage. The folding chairs for the deck were chucked into the front corner in a filthy and bug covered heaped pile. The string of neat lights outside were broken and unusable, the bench and table were warping, and while there was a plastic bag of wood, there was no fire pit in sight- although the listing does mention fireplace. The photos are lovely, but the exterior was tired and nearly looked abandoned with the tall grass. The interior- it was cute and clean, but also needing simple repairs. One of the kitchen tiles was cracked, the drawers in the kitchen have warped, rendering them difficult to open, the rugs are curling up at corners- causing trips, and if weather is good, there are only two screens on windows, so open windows cannot be a thing because of the bugs. But even with closed windows, the house was crawling with large black ants. If this doesn’t bother you- come!We, however, would not come again.
