About this house rental
This renovated cottage under its white cross vaults to keep the coolness of our torrid summers.
Ideal for a family with two young children or teenagers.
The cottage is distributed only on the first floor by its furnished terrace and barbecue.
A cozy kitchen area, electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, washing machine as well as all the crockery, dishes and kitchen utensils.�PGJyPg A living room under its vaults with magnificent tiles of old terracotta tiles, hifi and TV, an entrance can also be made on the village side.
A bedroom with its 2 bunk beds of 90 each gives the children their independence behind a wooden door from the last century.
A small tiled corridor takes you directly to the master bedroom, spacious as can be with a 160 double bed, on the garden side,
A security deposit of 400 € will be requested by check, credit card or cash on arrival. This deposit will be returned to you on departure, minus any damage or the cost of restoring the premises.
A security deposit of €60 will also be required on arrival and returned if you make the cottage as clean as when you arrived, otherwise we can provide cleaning for you for this deposited amount.
Replacement of sheets and towels are possible during your stay with an additional €8 per person.
We remind you that children remain under the full responsibility of their parents within the pool and ask you to read the safety rules of the cottage and its surroundings on your arrival.

Included in the price of your stay is 15 KWh per day in electricity.
The excess consumption will be charged in addition at the EDF rate in force following a start and end survey during the inventory of fixtures.
