Living area
The spacious open plan lounge and dining area sits opposite an impressive wall of windows that looks out onto the green countryside and the mist topped mountains beyond. There is also a set of patio doors that open out onto the well-presented lawn allowing guests to stroll out into the sunshine whilst sipping their morning coffee.
The lounge area comprises of 2 two-seater sofas and a comfortable matching armchair all sitting around a wooden coffee table so that guests can enjoy the flatscreen cable TV with over 60 channels that sits on a glass TV stand in the corner of the room.
As well as the lounge area guests can also benefit from a separate reading room which is spacious and light and boasts a comfortable two-seater leather sofa and several cosy armchairs which face a large open fireplace encouraging guests to snuggle up with a warm drink and a good book.
Kitchen and Dining
The dining area is part of the open plan lounge and contains a large wooden dining table with comfortable seating for eight people. The kitchen can be found through a connecting entranceway which leads into a large room with an abundance of cupboard space and plenty of kitchen appliances including a 4-ring electric hob, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven, grill, microwave and washing machine and dryer.
There is also a circular dining table in the kitchen with seating for six people.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms, all of which are white or cream with accents of colour. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed with clothes hanger and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink unit.
The second bedroom is a double bedroom, again with a clothes hanger and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink unit.
The remaining bedrooms are both twin rooms with each room containing two single beds. Both bedrooms and light and bright, with fresh accents of colour and wooden floors. Each bedroom contains a clothes hanger and bedside table.
Bathrooms
As well as the two ensuite bathrooms there is also a large family bathroom containing a shower, bath, toilet and sink unit that exudes a contemporary vibe due to its stone grey wall and floor tiles combined with a clean white palette.
There is also a separate W.C. downstairs.
Outside Space
There is plenty of green and well maintained lawn space surrounding the property which sits only 2.1km away from the local golf course and only a few minutes drive to Ballyferriter village with its shop, pub and cafe. Dingle is a 20 minute drive where guests will find the nearest large supermarket.
