The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to include this luxurious getaway retreat with beautiful Gulf of Mexico views from your veranda into our portfolio of distinctive homes, all located in the town of Rosemary Beach. If you are searching for a comfortable oasis with the sophistication and charm of a luxury hotel, this is the place to spend your Rosemary Beach getaway. This newly refurbished Pied-a-Terre is perfect for couples wanting to spend quality time together.
Upon arrival, you can enjoy a complimentary split of champagne poured into Shott Zwiesel champagne flutes. Additionally, two designer-style Peacock Alley Robes are provided for your comfort, as well as numerous other amenities such as shampoo and conditioner from our local Apothecary, Pish Posh Patchouli's and Amavida, our local organic and fair trade coffee roaster.
There is plenty of room to relax in the spacious light and airy living area, featuring clean line furnishings and comfortable seating, 50" flat screen TV. Take some relaxing time to read that favorite novel you have been saving for your trip or simply catching up on the day's activities. Secured WiFi is available throughout.
The modern and well-equipped kitchen and upgraded stainless appliances with Greystone quartz countertops, dishwasher, and washer/dryer are some of the many features. Adjoining the kitchen is a cozy dining area to relax and enjoy your favorite meal. Also, on the first floor is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The spacious queen-bedded loft-style sleeping area located on the second level duplicates the open, airy concept of the main floor.
Whether you begin your day enjoying your first cup of coffee on the outside veranda or decide to relax with your favorite beverage at day's end, enjoying your ocean view, this spectacular cottage is the perfect choice. To further enhance your privacy, the entrance is separate from the main house, allowing direct access throughout your visit.
When heading to the beach, you will notice that beach towels have been provided, and your two complimentary bikes will also be waiting.
Should you be planning an extended visit or an impromptu getaway, this cottage will not disappoint. Please be advised that we only allow a maximum of two adult guests. Convenient Parking is available on Rosemary Avenue adjacent to South Cartagena. As it is a short walk to the center of town with many dining choices, driving will not be necessary during your visit.

Cheryl Moody is wonderful to rent from. This Casita is perfect for two people. It’s comfy. It’s cozy. It’s clean. It’s up-to-date and it also has upscale furnishings. I highly recommend this for a couple or a single person. It’s so close to the beach. It’s absolutely perfect.

Loved staying here. Incredible location and perfect for two to four people. Very clear instructions for check-in and additional information left for us in the cottage. Only recommendation would be a comfier mattress on the bed.

The condo itself was fine, but I would hesitate to book again just because of the terrible parking situation. Paying this much for a condo and not having a dedicated parking space was a major inconvenience. We spent over an hour driving around looking for a parking space (there were NONE open) and just happened to get lucky when someone over by the main square left. The parking spot was still pretty far away from our condo, which was not good since we had just left to go to the grocery store. The parking pass does nothing for you. The listing states there is “convenient” parking on Rosemary Ave…that’s only if they aren’t all full. The listing doesn’t mention that you have no designated spot and will just have to drive around or park far away if you cat find one there.
